Tak hanya Pertamina yang obral diskon, Shell Indonesia juga turut memotong harga BBM jualannya. Seperti untuk jenis Shell Super, yang sebelumnya dijual Rp 17.300-Rp 17.400 per liter menjadi Rp 15.420-Rp 15.750 per liter.
Kemudian, harga Shell V-Power yang sebelumnya Rp 18.300-Rp 18.400 per liter menjadi Rp 16.130-Rp 16.470. Lalu, Shell V-Power Diesel yang sebelumnya dibanderol Rp 19.280 per liter menjadi Rp 18.310 per liter.
Selanjutnya, harga Shell Diesel Extra yang sebelumnya Rp 19.000-Rp 19.250 per liter menjadi Rp 17.990-Rp 18.380. Sedangkan harga Shell V-Power Nitro+ yang sebelumnya Rp 18.520 per liter menjadi Rp 16.510 per liter.
Perubahan harga BBM di kedua perusahaan tersebut tampaknya belum diikuti oleh PT Vivo Energy Indonesia, yang masih menahan untuk melakukan pemotongan ataupun kenaikan.
Harga BBM terbaru ini sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri (Kepmen) ESDM No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020 tentang Formula Harga Dasar Dalam Perhitungan Harga Jual Eceran Jenis Bahan Bakar Minyak Umum Jenis Bensin dan Minyak Solar yang Disalurkan Melalui Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum.
